36cm Wok. Multiply: the material comprises five layers. Chrome steel on the outside, stainless steel on the inside and three layers of aluminium in between. Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor and quickly disperses the heat throughout the whole wok. Uniform temperatures right on the edge are ideal for braising, stirring and glazing.
