Available in $10, $20 & $50 denominations with no expiry date, OG Gift Vouchers come with complimentary gift voucher envelopes to personalise your gift. OG Gift Vouchers are available for purchase at Customer Service counters at all OG stores.

Gift Wrapping Service

Complimentary gift wrapping service is provided for a same-day in-store purchase of $30 & above nett. If you are looking to buy wrappers, you will be pleased to note that we stock a wide range of wrappers ready for your purchase. Should you require our assistance in wrapping your gift after, we would be happy to oblige. The Gift Wrapping Service is available at all Customer Service counters at all OG stores.

Nursing Room

Diaper changing for your baby will no longer be a hassle when you shop at OG. We have nursing rooms at all OG stores.

OG Exchange Policy

• Goods must be in saleable condition and in original packaging.
• Exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt.
• Undergarments, marked-down items, NINA and brands listed at the POS are non-exchangeable. OG reserves the right to determine the aforesaid.
• Strictly no refund.

Local Delivery Service for Shopping In-Store

Complimentary delivery to an address on mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands and restricted zones, with a same-day in-store purchase of $300 & above nett in-store. However, this service is for heavy and bulky items and is not applicable for food, snacks, and perishables. If same-day in-store purchase is below $300 nett, OG will provide delivery with a pre-payment of $12 cash.

Complimentary and paid delivery will be carried out according to OG’s schedule. $8 payable for choosing delivery time slot (subject to availability).
