We will only be able to do a 1-to-1 exchange if it is a manufacturing defect, please provide us with your order number and details on the problem using the contact us form so that we can facilitate the exchange. Yes, OG Gold members will earn Rewards points for OG online store purchases. The mobile phone number or email address which was used for the registration of your OG membership must be provided with your online order so that we can credit the Rewards points to your account. Rewards points will be credited after you have received delivery for the items.
Yes, your membership will be automatically renewed or upgraded to Gold once you meet the qualifying purchase:
