Sunnystep was created in 2019 to help every body move freely and happily, starting with the most comfortable and stylish orthopaedic shoes. For our founder, Ting, a traumatic postpartum spine injury changed the way she walked, stood and sat forever. The excruciating pain she had to endure on a daily basis for years taught her what’s most important in life, a healthy body so that we can pursue the life we want, and love the people we love. Ting needed comfortable, supportive shoes, and the options out there did not meet her standards. Turning her pain into purpose, she decided to make her own shoes, diving deep into the world of anatomical and orthopaedic shoes, determined to make them as stylish as they are comfortable and supportive. At Sunnystep, our vision is a world who understands and experiences the life-changing magic of a good pair of shoes and gratitude for a healthy and mobile body.
