- 1 Ladle Scoop White Sugar
- Frozen Glutinous Rice Balls (quantity to preference)
Method
1. In a pot, boil 1L of water and add the brown sugar ginger tea cubes. Mix well and set aside the hot soup. (Pro-tip: Use a thermal cooker to keep it hot for a longer time!) ter to enhance their texture.
2. In a separate pot, add 1 huge scoop of sugar to about 1L of water.
3. Bring it to a boil, then add the frozen glutinous rice balls.
4. Once the rice balls are cooked, transfer them to a bowl of cold water to enhance their texture
5. When ready to serve, simply add the rice balls to the hot brown sugar ginger tea soup for a tummy-warming, heart-lifting dessert!

- Cooking Oil
Method
1. Roll the cooked glutinous rice balls in a bowl of sesame seeds until each rice ball has an even coating.
2. Place the sesame-coated rice balls evenly apart on a baking paper that fits your air fryer.
3. Brush the rice balls with some cooking oil before placing them into the air fryer.
4. Air fry at 180°C for 15 mins.

5. Apply a layer of egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on each wrapped rice ball.
6. Air fry at 200°C for 10 mins.

2. Add the grass jelly, pandan chendol jelly and cooked glutinous rice balls.
3. Add some honey for a touch of sweetness and additional flavour. We recommend 1 teaspoon but you may add more or less depending on your personal preference.
