Start the day with dinner. All you need is 15 minutes on the stove, leave for work or play and you can return home to a delicious and healthy meal. Just cook the food on stove in the inner pot and bring to boil for 15 minutes. Close the lid and let steam appear. Transfer the pot into the outer thermal pot and close lid and you are done!
Since no direct flame is used while cooking by heat retention, it is safe to leave the kitchen before the cooking is done. A convection effect is created whereby the cooking process continues for up to 30 minutes and warms for up to 8 hours. If necessary, reheating can be done to preferred temperature before serving.
