Each batch is independently tested for its unique manuka properties and four factor quality assurance. UMF Lisence: 3106 The UMF rating system independently certifies natural components found in manuka honey to assure potency, purity, authenticity & freshness. Certified to contain at least 514mg/kg of naturally occurring methylglyoxal (MGO)
