Our chocolates are stored in a cool and dry environment to maintain their quality. While we take every effort to ensure proper handling during delivery, external logistics conditions may occasionally cause the chocolates to soften. Rest assured, this does not affect their quality. Simply store them in a cool environment upon receipt, and they should return to their original form. We seek your kind understanding in such instances.

Complimentary delivery to an address on mainland Singapore with an online purchase of $200 & above nett. 

If online purchase is below $200 nett, OG will provide delivery at a tiered rate of $2.99 or $6.99 depending on parcel weight.
