Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Cake

Ingredients
- Air-Fried Sweet Potatoes (Quantity to preference)
- 200g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 25g Sugar
- 40ml Cooking Oil
- 1 Egg
- 180ml Milk
- 2 Cheese Slices (Can be adjusted to preference)
Method
1. Prepare your preferred amount of air-fried sweet potatoes (click here for our Homestyle Baked Sweet Potatoes recipe that taste just like the famous Don Don Donki sweet potatoes!)
2. Peel the air-fried sweet potatoes and prepare homemade sweet potato paste by blending the sweet potatoes till smooth.
3. Combine the glutinous flour, sugar, cooking oil, egg and milk in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until it reaches batter consistency.
4. Fill half of your baking tray with batter.
5. Add the pre-prepared sweet potato paste and cheese slices.
6. Pour in the balance batter.
7. Air fry at 150°C for 40 mins.
8. Your crisp-on-the-outside and gooey-on-the-inside Sweet Potato Cake is ready to serve! Enjoy!
