Low-Calorie Tofu Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 300g Tofu
- 20ml Milk
- 20g Cornflour
- 2 Eggs
- 40g Sugar
- Greek Yoghurt
- Baked Nuts
Method
1. Blend the tofu, milk, cornflour, eggs and sugar thoroughly.
2. Pour the blended mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
3. Air fry at 180Β°C for 35 mins.
4. Once cool down, spread a layer of Greek yoghurt on top.
5. Chop and sprinkle some healthy ready-to-eat baked nuts for extra flavour.
6. Your low-calorie tofu cake is ready to serve!
