Ingredients
- 1/2 Head Lettuce
- 1/2 Onion*
- 1/2 Carrot*
- 2 Eggs*
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn*
- Prawn*
- Mozzarella Cheese*
- 1 Multigrain Wrap
- Salt & Black Pepper*

Method
1. Slice the lettuce, onion and carrot.
2. Mix in 2 eggs. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Line a baking tray with the wrap and pour your pre-prepped mixture into it.
4. Sprinkle the sweet corn and mozzarella cheese, then top with prawns.
