Low-Calorie Air-Fried Garlic Pumpkin
Nutritious yet bursting with a variety of flavours, this healthy snack is a must-try! With our easy-to-follow recipe, you can replicate this yummy dish at home in no time! All you need is a good air fryer and some simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 200g Pumpkin (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Can be adjusted to preference)
- 1 Dash Pepper
- 1 Dash Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 80g Oat Flour
- Black & White Sesame Seeds (quantity to preference)
Method
1.Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Chop the garlic finely and add them to the pumpkin chunks.
3. Add a dash of pepper and salt, then drizzle with cooking oil.
4. Add the oat flour and mix well.
5. Sprinkle the black and white sesame seeds before placing the garlic pumpkin into the air fryer.
6. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
