The Easiest Way to Enjoy Delicious Pumpkin Soup
Are you ready to dive into a bowl of warm, creamy, and oh-so-delicious pumpkin soup? Well, you're in luck because we've got the easiest way for you to enjoy this delight. Get your taste buds ready for a flavour explosion! 🎃🥘
Ingredients
- 200g Pumpkin
- 30g Oats
- 500ml Milk
- Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Method
1. Add the pumpkin, oats and milk to a cooking blender. (We used the U-LIKE blender here).
2. Select the Thick Soup mode on the blender.
3. Once done, add salt and black pepper to taste. Top off with garnishing of your choice for added enjoyment (in our case, we added chopped cashew nuts!). Voila, your piping hot pumpkin soup is ready to serve!
