Fuss-free Gado Gado
This Indonesian salad with peanut sauce is easy to make and even easier to enjoy 👍🏼 “Gado” is the Indonesian word for “mix” which is apt as it contains a mix of vegetables. While it’s called “salad”, most would consider it a one-dish meal rather than a mere salad. It is also traditionally enjoyed with plain rice or ketupat (compressed rice cakes).
There are many ways to make Gado-Gado but here’s our version 😄 Psst, the distinctive peanut sauce is the highlight of the dish—get it right and you’re pretty much set!
