[One-Pot Wonder] Curry Pineapple Rice with Chicken

Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Fillet
- 1 Honey Pineapple
- 1–2 Potatoes*
- 1 Carrot*
- 1 Onion*
- 2 Cups Rice*
- Water*
- 1/2 pack Japanese Curry Cube
*Quantity to preference
Method
1. Wash and drain the rice. Set it aside in the rice pot.
2. Cut and dice the honey pineapple, onion, potatoes, carrot and chicken fillet.
3. Add the diced ingredients into the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
4. Add the Japanese curry cube and pour in enough water to cover the rice. (Tip: Add more water for a more moist texture)
5. Select Quick Rice mode and let it cook.
6. Mix well and serve the piping hot rice in the pineapple shell, garnished with coriander leaves.
