Ingredients
(A) Dry Mix
- 150g Blended Oats
- 50g Corn Flour
(B) Wet Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Oil
(C)
- 1 packet of Enoki Mushroom*
*Adjust quantity to your preference
Method
1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, combine all the (A) ingredients and mix well .
3. In a separate bowl, combine all the (B) ingredients and mix well.
4. Slice the enoki mushrooms thinly for individual snack portions.
5. Dip each enoki mushroom portion into the wet mix (B), then coat with the dry mix (A). Make sure to press the oats onto the mushroom to ensure a nice, even coating.
6. Place the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd them; give them some space to crisp up.
7. Air-fry the mushrooms at 200 °C for about 6 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
8. Once they're done, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two.
9. Serve your air-fried crunchy oat enoki mushrooms with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
