Perfect CNY Snack: Crispy Bliss (3 Ingredients Only!)
Chinese New Year is just around the corner, and you know what that means—it's time to indulge in some delicious snacks! While traditional treats like pineapple tarts and love letters are always crowd-pleasers, why not try something a little different this year? Introducing the Crispy Bliss with Popiah Skin, Nutella, and Raspberry Jam—a mouthwatering combination that will take your taste buds on a ride!
Ingredients needed
- Popiah Skin
- Nutella
- St Dalfour Red Raspberry Jam
Method
1. Spread Nutella or jam on the Popiah Skin.
2. Roll them up and cut them into bite-sized pieces to make the crispy rolls.
3. Air-dry for 30 mins and pre-heat your oven on fan mode at 160°C.
4. Once done, bake the rolls for 30 mins.
5. While waiting, you can make preparation for the crispy strips! To start, spread the jam on a sheet of the popiah skin and fold into half.
6. Cut them into strips and air-dry for 30 mins before baking them in a pre-heated oven on fan mode at 160°C for 12 mins.
