Chef’s Burger

Ingredients

• 600g Ground Beef
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 dash Pepper
• 1 pinch Cumin Powder
• 2 Chopped Yellow Onion
• 4 tbsp Chopped Parsley
• 4 Burger Buns (horizontally halved)

Optional Burger Toppings

• Mustard
• Sliced Cheese
• Tomato
• Avocado
• Onion
• Lettuce

Step 1
Place the ground beef into a mixing bowl.

Step 2
Add salt, pepper and cumin.

Step 3
Then add the chopped onion and parsley. Mix well.

Step 4
Scoop the mixture and shape into patties.

Step 5
Heat pan and wait for the Thermo-spot to turn red (about 40 seconds).

Step 6
Place the top halves of the burger buns on the heated pan and toast until light golden brown. Do the same for the bottom halves.

Step 7
Add the beef patty piece by piece to the heated pan and cook till both sides are well-browned.

Step 8
Remove from heat and assemble the burger, adding optional toppings as desired.

Step 9
Ready to serve with your favourite greens!
