- 200g Butter
- 180g Caster Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
- 50ml Milk
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla
- 150g Sunsweet Dried Pitted Prunes (Also set some aside for garnish)

- 240g Cake Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Method
1. Blend Group A ingredients in the cooking blender on High Speed Mode twice.
2. Pour out the egg mixture into a bowl. Fold in the sifted flour with a spatula. Mix well.
3. Line the wall of a KUKERI borosilicate glass casserole with grease, and then with flour. Pour the batter into it. Level the surface and decorate with whole pitted prunes on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 50 mins or till completely cooked. (Pro-tip: Test with a skewer—if it comes out clean, then your cake is ready!)
