FOR SKIN
Almond Peanut Soya Milk
Ingredients
- 20g Southern Almonds
- 10g Chinese Yam
- 10g Peanuts
- 20g Soya Bean
- 500ml Water
- 100ml Milk
Method
1. Add the southern almonds, Chinese yam, soya beans, peanuts and water into the blender and blend on the Soya Milk Mode.
2. Add the milk and it’s ready to serve!
Almond Lily Bud White Fungus Milk
Ingredients
- 20g Southern Almonds
- 10g Lily
- 10g Oats
- 1 White Fungus (+ 1 bowl of Water and 1 tsp Flour for pre-soaking )
- 500ml Water
- 200ml Milk
Method
1. Add 1 tsp flour and sufficient water to the white fungus and soak for 1–2 hours.
2. Once done, rinse the white fungus a few times till the water is clear.
3. Trim the hard parts from the white fungus and cut into smaller pieces before adding it to the blender. Add all the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend using the Soya Milk Mode.
4. Add the milk and it’s ready to serve!
FOR HAIR
Triple Black Soya Milk
Ingredients
- 30g Black Beans
- 20g Black Rice
- 20g Peanuts
- 15g Walnuts
- 500ml Water
Method
Rise and blend all the ingredients on the Soya Milk Mode and it’s ready to serve!
Black Bean Walnut Soya Milk
Ingredients
- 30g Black Beans
- 20g Black Rice
