Healthy Yet Tasty Snack Idea: Baked Cauliflower!

Ingredients Needed
- 2 1/2 Cups of Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Power
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Dash of Oil
- 1 Cup of Oats
- 1/2 Cup of Roasted White Sesame Seeds
Method
1. Add cauliflower into boiling water with a dash of salt and simmer for 5–8 mins
2. Blend oats and roasted white sesame seeds into powder
3. Add smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt and pepper to the powder mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour some oil onto the cooked cauliflower and mix well.
5. Coat the cauliflower with the powder mixture and arrange them on a baking tray.
6. Bake them for 20 mins in a preheated oven at 180°C. (Alternative: Air Fry for 25 mins in a preheated air fryer at 180°C.)
7. Ding! Your healthy baked cauliflower is ready to serve! Enjoy with sour cream dip / Thai chilli sauce or on its own!
