Master Air-Fried Sweet Potato Mochi Balls with these Simple Steps!
Ingredients
Sweet Potato Puree- 500g Sweet Potatoes
- 30ml Water
Dough Mixture
- 50g Glutinous Flour
- 10g Sugar
- 20g Black & White Sesame Seeds
Method
1. Prepare baked sweet potatoes (Recipe: Homestyle Baked Sweet Potatoes), peel and add them to your blender (We used the U-LIKE blender here). Then, add water and blend until smooth.
2. Add glutinous flour, sugar and sesame seeds to form your dough mixture and mix thoroughly by hand.
3. Roll and press them into mini brick shapes.
4. Air-fry at 200°C for 20 minutes and your sweet potato mochi balls are ready to enjoy!
