Egg Cubes Green Salad with Wafu Dressing
Ingredients

  • 1 bowl fresh green salad
  • 35g Cherry Tomatoes

Wafu Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Grounded White and Black Sesame Seeds

Egg Mixture

  • 5 Fresh Eggs
  • 130ml Water
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Step 1

Whisk the egg mixture well and strain off the egg.

Step 2
Heat up the Greenpan tamago egg pan with some oil.

Step 3
Spread 3 tbsp of egg mixture evenly over the pan. Let the egg mixture set, then flip it and fold it into a tube shape. Repeat until the egg mixture is used up.

Step 4
Cut the rolled omelette into cubes.

Step 5
Combine the ingredients of the Wafu dressing. Add the Wafu dressing and cherry tomatoes to the egg cubes. Your salad is ready to serve!
