Before using for the first time : wash cookware thoroughly with hot, soapy water. Hand wash only. Rinse & Dry. Use only low-medium heat for more event, faster cooking and longer coating life. If there is residue on the cookware, boil a small amount of water and a drop of dish detergent below medium heat which will makes cleaning much easier.
