CHILLI PRAWN MUSSELS
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 400g New Zealand Mussels
- 120g Amocan Chilli Prawn Crunch
- Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the mussels and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add chilli prawn crunch and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
- Cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes using low to medium heat.
- Dish up and serve hot! Enjoy!
