    CHILLI PRAWN MUSSELS

    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
    • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
    • 400g New Zealand Mussels
    • 120g Amocan Chilli Prawn Crunch

     

    Directions

    1. Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.

    2. Pour in the mussels and stir fry for 3 minutes.

    3. Add chilli prawn crunch and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

    4. Cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes using low to medium heat.

    5. Dish up and serve hot! Enjoy!
