    Tasty Chicken Curry with Tefal Ingenio

    Here's an easy-to-prepare and nutritious recipe using easily-available ingredients, fit for Circuit Breaker.

    This chicken curry is best cooked with your Tefal Ingenio pan, as shown in the video.

    Chicken Curry

    Ingredients

    • 500g Chicken Breast (cut to bite sizes)
    • 1 Glug Olive Oil
    • Pinch of Salt
    • Dash of White Pepper
    • 1 Chopped Yellow Onion
    • 1 Diced Apple without skin
    • 2 Diced Tomatoes
    • 3 tsp Curry Powder
    • 300ml Coconut Cream
    • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
    • 3 tsp Chopped Coriander

     

    Step 1
    Heat pan, wait for the Thermo-spot to turn red (about 40 seconds) and add olive oil.

    Step 2
    Add the chicken breast and sauté well.

    Step 3
    Add salt and pepper, followed by chopped onion and diced apple. Stir well.

    Step 4
    Add diced tomatoes, curry powder and coconut cream followed by grated ginger and chopped coriander.

    Step 5
    Stir well and simmer in low heat for 7 minutes.

    Step 6
    Ready to serve hot over your cooked rice.
