With this easy-to-prepare recipe, you can enjoy Sous Vide Pesto Salmon from the comfort of your home!
Sous Vide Pesto Salmon
For 4 persons
- 4 pieces of Salmon Fillet
(150–200g each, skinless)
- 4 tbsp Pesto Sauce
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
Place each fillet in individual sealable bags and add 1 tbsp pesto and 1 tbsp olive oil to each bag.
Fill your Tefal Home Chef Smart Multicooker’s cooking pot with water and submerge each bag halfway into the water to squeeze out all the air, then seal the bag. Repeat with the other fillets.
Select the "Sous Vide" function on the cooker and set temperature to 58°C for 10 minutes. Close the lid without locking the cooker and press "Start".
After the program is finished, gently take out the fillets and serve with pasta.
Note: It takes around 30 minutes to reach 58°C.
